Exhibitors Service Network Founded by U.S. Military Veteran Steve Alford Achieves
20th Anniversary Milestone, Outlines Vision for Future, Attributes Growth to Team
HOUSTON, Texas (Oct. 15, 2015) – Exhibitors Service Network, a leading provider of trade show and exhibit solutions and services, has achieved what many small businesses have not and will not: surviving start up challenges and ultimately thriving. ESN is proud and thankful to be celebrating its 20th anniversary this year.
Founded by U.S. Army veteran Steve Alford in 1995, Exhibitors Service Network is based in the Houston suburb of Galena Park at 2129 Clinton Drive. The company employs 11 people full-time.
Alford has more than 20 years of trade show experience. He and his team support clients throughout the world in a broad range of industries which include oil and gas, energy services, medical, financial, technology, firearms, and sporting goods.
“Face-to-face marketing works and I have the statistics to prove it. We have all heard that people want to do business with those whom they know, like and trust. Trade shows and conferences are excellent platforms for spotlighting products and services as well as building or expanding relationships in one place. We play a major role in delivering memorable experiences for our clients and, ultimately, for their clients,” Alford explained.
Services that ESN offers include Custom Booth Design and Creation; Project and Logistics Management; Installation and Dismantle Services; Display and Exhibit Storage; and Graphic Design Services. ESN offers accessories such as flooring, furniture, audio visual equipment, signs, banners, tablecloths, pop-up exhibits and other items. The company also maintains a 30,000 square-foot- warehouse for storing client’s exhibits as well as materials available for rent.
Alford discovered his passion for the trade show industry while growing up in his family’s business. He started ESN after his parents sold their business and realized that continuing to work with the new owners was not viable for him personally or professionally.

Alford attributes recruiting and retaining key personnel as critical factors that fueled the company’s growth.
